I wonder how long it's been since i last blogged. I forgot... Super long time ago.
K lemme tell what's been going on in my life these days.
A few weeks ago, an opportunity opened before me...
It was to become an Overseas mediC!
I really wanted to go, but was scared of being all alone there...
There was openings to taiwan, thailand and brunei.
I wanted to go to brunei!
There's a lot of perks, for example, my pay would increase to $1700+ per month! That's a regular's pay.. Even more than my own dad's pay.
Free travel to other country.
Upgrade yourself and represent Singapore...
But thing is, you can only go back after 6 months for a few weeks, and then have to return back there..
Nevertheless, i applied. A lot of other ppl applied too.
My mom would let me go, but she asked me if i really wanted to go, coz you shouldn't go for it half-heartedly...
At that time, I was confused and didn't know what to do...
But soon, I was pre-selected for it! Meaning, i passed the backgroung checks they did on me.
I thought I would get it, but in the end, I was told to go to 5 SIR (Singapore Infantry Regiment). I thought, wah lau! Confirm (pardon the expletive) 'die cock standing'.
So again i got depressed. Thankfully Ima was there to pull me out. For that, I Thank Thee...
So now, let me tell you abt my new camp!
It's called Bukit Panjang Camp. Inside Gombak Camp.
It's very close to Ham's house, ( I can see bkt panjang lrt from there!) n Fyn's house is juz a few stops away! Ima n Hid's houses r not that far too! So i thought.. ok...
It's all good, except that the place is sooo ulu! And it's so freaking hilly!! Imagine walking with a heavy load at a road with an angle of inclination of 50 degress! It's a killer! Can get asthmatic juz to get to camp! Haha... But otherwise, I'm having fun there... The ppl are very nice... The food is great.. and i can bring mp3 n psp! but not cam phone though..
I have a resolution.
I'm gonna get my dang bike license n ride up that stupid slope so I can go home everyday! Yea!
Will update more if I have time.. I actually lazy. Hahaha...
